we stayed there because it looked roomy and it was but there were mites in the lounge so the cover and or lounge hadnt been cleaned? since Noah, there was also mold behind the door that closed to the bathroom probably because the bathroom sliding door wouldnt shut

The place is run down. Needs a complete make over. Paint is peeling off in many areas. Air conditioning was noisy and didn't work properly. No hot water to the unit. Have to boil a kettle to wash dishes. Online photos are of the better units. Last resort accommodation....

Older but comfy

Tropical weather worn but it has all you need. Stayed a few days. Good kitchen in room. Spacious with a good bed, shower and seating for a family. Staff were very helpful and prompt with anything I asked. Check in was easy. Quiet park despite being busy. Laundry was a disappointment - expensive at $8 to wash or dry (and the dryer didn't despite a small load on high) - coinless so a credit card charge on top. Exactly the same machines I used at Coober Pedy for $5. Overall a good central spot to get around. Shops nearby and fast food if desired.
