Enjoy an exceptional location at this fully renovated former barn just outside Caen, in a quiet, green setting. The accommodations at “La Grange du Noé” welcome you for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends—up to 17 people. You can reach the Zénith, the exhibition center, and the sports arena in a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The bike path leading to the banks of the Orne River is right across from the cottage. The south-facing garden is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy some quality time together around the bocce court.<br><br>As these are adjoining cottages, you have the option to rent all three for a total of 17 guests. “L’Orne” is the third unit in the farmhouse. The first floor features a large living area with a sofa, a sleeper sofa, and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter, and a separate restroom. The upper floor opens onto a landing with a bathroom and two bedrooms: the first with one 160x200 cm double bed and one 90x200 cm single bed, and the second with one 160x200 cm double bed. The outdoor area features private patio furniture and a large shared yard with picnic tables and a bocce court.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include an electric kettle and a travel crib. Limited housekeeping is available.
