This will be your most luxurious vacation yet. This home hosts up to 14 guests, with two units that can be completely separate for two families, or open it up and enjoy all the space for one group.

This 3 storey villa is great for big family getaways or best friends hoping to have a bit of privacy.

With 7 bedrooms, 5 kings, 2 queen beds, 7 bathrooms, there’s space to comfortably accommodated 14 people. This contemporary design features over 10 and 14 ft high ceilings, oversized windows, and large sliding and collapsing doors for inside/outside living including an elevator for all 3 floors to take in the tropical landscape and lovely ocean breeze. The spectacular views overlook Potrero beach, framed by the tropical landscape and mountain sides.

With 2 modern kitchens which are fully equipped and furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and oversized islands that is sure to please any chef.

This villa features 2 private washers and dryers, and is comfortably supplied with new linens, bath and beach towels.

Excellent family vacation

The communication with the host from the moment the reservation was made was excellent. They talked with us before we arrived when we arrived and whenever we needed anything. They were extremely responsive and provided. Any support or suggestions requested. The view from the pool was next level. My family spent a great deal of time. Just hanging out at the pool and appreciating the view and all the sounds from nature. I would definitely recommend this spot for a family vacation. Our group aged from 12 to 77 and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Beautiful Modern Villa on the Hill

Great communications with the host before, during and after. Very responsive during our stay when something was needed. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of space for 8 days. The villa is 3 levels with two full and well appointed kitchens and two sets of washers/dryers. A/C worked great in all rooms. Family felt very secure at all times. The pool and spacious patios were used extensively during our stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Playa Flamingo with pretty steep elevation on the way back up. Short 3 minute car or golf cart ride is the easier route with parking available at the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.
