Snowmobile Trip - 10 People

Great place on the lake, huge parking lot and right next to the world famous "Loon Saloon!" (Best pizza in the Northwoods!)Property mgr was great to work with. Inside was really nice and with good amenities & space for a large group.Would definitely recommend and we'll be staying again!Inside was very nice with plenty of space for a large group. Fall in the Northwoods

Our group really enjoyed the open floor plan in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room. We had a large group and friend and family in the area. We never felt crowded. Our group had all adults 3 couples and grown children. An additional Bedroom would have helped. Did not enjoy a bedroom/office in the walkway to the deck. Overall a very nice place need to continue the upgrades.

Family vacation

Second year staying at this property and we have had nothing but good experiences staying here. It has everything you need for a large group to enjoy a week or longer on the lake. We had a wide age range from an infant to grandparents and this house was great for everyone. Travis is a great host and makes sure we had everything we needed while we were there. We look forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the Hilltop with friends & their children & loved it. It’s in a great location, right between Loon Saloon & Pla-Mor, & offered everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean, with plenty of room for the kids to run around both indoors & out. Travis was a great host & checked in throughout the week. I would definitely recommend for larger groups & families.

I love staying here!

I have stayed at Hilltop a couple times now with family. I grew up on Lake Namakagon and Hilltop is on quiet Anderson Bay. The property is beautifully renovated and it is large enough to accommodate multiple families. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked. The property and grounds are well-kept. We will definitely stay again!

Great Secluded Getaway

This was a great property for our family! It was close enough to things to do and was also great for just hanging out together as a family! Very safe, friendly community. Travis was responsive prior to our trip, during, and after our stay. Had all of the necessities to have a comfortable, fun time!

(Extended) Family Vacay

This place is very nicely updated upstairs with enough space to accommodate our 4 families. The bedrooms upstairs were decently sized with comfortable beds and the basement was spacious for additional sleeping accommodations. The docks were great for fishing off and parking our own boat. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock in the shallow water down by the fire pit. The house did get a little warm towards the afternoon/evening a couple days during our stay (upstairs) but I believe we stayed during the hottest week of the summer. The host did provide multiple fans. We would recommend some curtains to keep the afternoon sun out. We could view the lake from the main living area out both the north and west windows. The kitchen was stocked pretty well and the extra fridge in the basement was appreciated. Travis was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had as well as checked in to make sure all was well during our stay. Overall, our stay was good, our families have been enjoying this area for 30+ years.

Getaway

We had a great experience! The house was extremely clean and spacious. The teenagers loved having their own downstairs space with bunk beds while the adults could relax upstairs. Easy access to lake namakagon with plenty of space for our two boats on the dock. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed dinner on the deck most nights using the flat top provided. The host Travis made sure check in went smoothly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not be more satisfied with our stay, we will definitely be returning!

Perfect Hilltop Hideaway

We had 3 families (ages 4-64) come to together for a long lake weekend and it was awesome. Lots of space to each family both in the house and outdoors. Great upgrades throughout the home to make you comfortable but still feeling “up north”. Fire pit with tikis was a perfect spot in the evenings. Lake Namekgon was a awesome, lots of spots to stop for a drink, fishing and a sand bar. We can’t wait to be back next summer. Thanks guys!

All had fun ...great saloon down the road. ..had fun in the yard and at the fire pit,.... not the best beach or pier... but we found a little beach near....

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the cabin, comfy beds, great bunk room in the basement for all the kiddos. Would have loved a few more bath towels and a couple bumpers on the dock for our boat. House was well stocked with starters of hand soap, tp, dish soap, and garbage bags. Kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Great Northwoods getaway

This was a really nice place to stay for our family. We brought our kids and their ffriends- it was big enough for everyone to have their own space (as teens like to have). Its about 40 min from everything, which was nice for all to have things to do - Hayward, State Parks with waterfalls and hiking. We drove up to see Lake Superior as well. The lake itself is nice, we brought our boats and everyone liked getting out on the lake, sand bars to beach your boat and cool off. Travis was very responsive to questions that I had and was an excellent host, checking in to make sure everything was alright.

Great place for a snowmobile trip
