Fomos colocados em um quarto térreo com umidade e cheirando a mofo, porém ao reclamar com a recepcionista, ela prontamente conseguiu a troca do quarto para um melhor. A pousada é linda e bem localizada, porém necessitando de atenção em alguns detalhes, tais como: TV que não funciona direito, falta de reposição no café da manhã ainda as 9h, falta de manutenção na hidromassagem e falta de água.

A pousada é boa mas deixa muito a desejar televisão muito ruim, precisa de manutenção e não fazem café da manhã excelente mas a pousada precisa de um excelente reforma infelizmente deve ser o abastecimento de água da cidade cheira mofo os quartos acabam sendo infectados com cheiro de mofo devido a água que vem da rua.

Primeiro quero falar as Partes boas são, o café da manhã estava bom e a localização é muito boa! Já pousada em relação a conforto, pelas fotos são bonitas e aparentemente confortável, mas na realidade encontra-se em situação precária de desleixo e má admistração. Logo quando cheguei tive que pedir para trocar de quarto por conta de mofo...daí trocaram de quarto e amenizou um pouco, mas ainda tinha cheiro de mofo, tive também problema com o chuveiro que não funcionava e reclamei na recepção e tive que tomar banho em outro quarto da pousada , os travesseiros cheiravam mal as roupas de cama estava muito velhas e o colchão muito velho e um buraco no meio e também embolorado de mofo. Resumindo na minha opinião, essa pousada de nome , sable dor , relacionada a conforto e muito ruim!!! necessita urgentemente de manutenção em geral.

A pousada é maravilhosa!!! Desde o atendimento da recepção, a apresentação da pousada, as moças do salão principal, o rapaz que mantém tudo em ordem, tudo e todos fazem da hospedagem um momento super agradável com gostinho de quero mais. A pousada e si e muito boa! O café da manhã é top um dos melhores de Búzios, só tem um defeito existe duas pousadas uma de um lado outra de outro, e as fotos do anúncio são do lado melhor, eles não divulgam isso na hora de fazer a reserva, mas te dar direito a frequentar o outro lado, pois onde fiquei a tv não funcionou e nem a internet funcionou... Mesmo assim voltarei outras vezes e tentarei ficar do outro lado..obg

As fotos enganam

O hotel deixou muito a desejar com relacao as fotos e informações do site. A Tv nao funcionou, a internet é fraca, a hidromassagem que é um dos atrativos da pousada estava em manutenção, mesmo sendo uma sexta feira. Os funcionários comecam a arrastar a mobilia do salao de cafe as 07h sendo que o cafe comeca as 08h, a piscina principal nao estava limpa, a cama esta precisando trocar os colchoes porque estao fundos. As capas das almofadas da cama precisam ser trocadas.
