With it being so close to the beach, we expected a room with a view. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The view from our room was... another room.

fabulous staff great location

What might be slightly lacking in the building and grounds is more than made up by a absolutely terrific and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help and guide us. They found a free ride to a tarrtaruga beach that included umbrella and chairs. They didn’t speak much English, but through efforts on our part and google translate we had no problem communicating. If my family returns to visit Brazil again, we would definitely go there again.

Hotel close to the beach

It`s an hotel close to the beach, with great view from the balcony. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is fair, but it can be improved. It starts at 07:30 hrs, late for excursions and activities. The personal has no id, so its hard to separate the good personal from the bad. At check in, the argentinan staff is far from friendly during the process.

Unfriendly Front Desk

I suggest that front desk employees get better training on people skill and how to be professional and helpful to their clients. Originally we booked two nights stay and then decided to extend our stay for additional five nights. We booked it through orbitz for better rate, we were told by the front desk staff that there was no record of our reservation and they require a printed voucher. With no access to a printer, a printed voucher was not possible. The Argentinian clerk refused the orbitz confirmation email. He totally ignored our questions, and proceeded to talk on the phone with someone. We assumed that he was calling someone regarding our reservation. Twenty minutes later, he was still on the phone and we were just standing there waiting for answer. It took literally for me to raise my voice and ask to see a manager, and was told there was no manager on duty during that time. Eventually we were given a room and were told that the problem was their main office that was not forwarding reservation to their specific hotel. I will never stay at that hotel, I will never stay at a place where I am not appreciated or simply greated. Front desk staff totally ignore clients, and will never acknowledge you even while standing in front of them waiting for someone to help. Wagner was the only friendly person there, but unfortunately he only worked a few nights while we were there....The staff should be sent to Ipanema Inn (Rio) to understand how hotel guest should be treated!

A estadia foi maravilhosa ...hotel tem duas piscinas maravilhosas sendo uma normal e uma aquecida coberta ótima e o quarto todos são estilo bangalôs super limpos e cheirosos a cama king e o colchão são de molas ...bom travesseiros e toalhas limpinhos e com cheiro muito gostoso show.. vamos pro café da manhã ótimo tinha tudo era só se deliciar e pra fechar ótimos funcionários sempre prestativos e educados ...showwwww....

Estadia muito proveitosa !!!

Muito boa. As instalações são ótimas e a limpeza excelente. Piscina muito agradável e com uma vista excelente. O quarto era bem confortável e muito grande, mas nós sentimos falta de uma poltrona ou um sofá de 2 lugares. Pelo espaço, comportaria muito bem. Quanto ao café da manhã era completo, mas carece de alguns cuidados com a temperatura dos alimentos quentes e de arrumação. Outro ponto de atenção, é com as escadas. As suítes são distribuídas pela encosta do hotel e, embora proporcionem um vista incrível, também exigem um certo esforço para vencer as escadas de até mais de 100 degraus. Também utilizamos a piscina térmica, muito boa, porém só abre às 14hs, o que dificulta a utilização em dias nublados.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos e educados. O estacionamento é na rua, em frente a recepção. No café da manhã, é possível pedir tapioca e ovos fritos, mas não oferecem. Só ofereceram ovos mexidos e salsicha. Os quartos de frente pra rua são muito barulhentos (fiquei no 26 e não recomendo) e os travesseiros são péssimos. Voltaria pra ficar nos falando quartos mais altos, talvez.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho da praia de João Fernandes e dá para ir a pé até a rua das pedras caminhando uns 15 minutinhos. Senti falta de uma armário no quarto, nem cabideiro tinha. Mas, ao reclamarmos na recepção, conseguiram um que quebrou o galho. O café da manhã era bom. O único inconveniente do hotel são as escadas, que são em grande quantidade e precisamos acessá-las para irmos em todos os ambientes. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos.
