Great stay in Busan

The front desk staff was amazing! He had made a Instagram account with all of his recommendations for food. I went to the spa next door- but you definitely need to bring everything with including the scrubby. The bedroom was fantastic with beautiful views. The shower was not super practical as it became a wet room but the location was fantastic! Close to the subway and market- however it takes a long time to get from one side to the other…. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay here, there were just a few things that affected the rating in the room. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. They checked each day if we wanted cleaning or new towels and upon check in gave us their Instagram with a map referencing all of their restaurant recommendations for a variety of foods. We stuck to Google, but it would have been great if we wanted to try different things like the best eel. The room had a great view of the water and is one of the reasons I chose it. It also had a spa bath and was modernish. For security, it didn’t feel unsafe by the fish markets but there are safer places too. We did have to pass 24h reception to get to the elevator but it didn’t need a key card to get up, which isn’t ideal security. Baggage storage is just anywhere in the lobby and I watched, so you can’t safely store your bags here. The room had a very hard mattress (which some people like) and was extremely hot like a sauna without air conditioning all night and dry if you do. There are lights all over the room to cover if you want a semi-dark sleep. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but enjoyed the friendly staff, view and the location was a short walk to the BIFF markets.

The view from the patio was a highlight—it was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants all within walking distance. A special shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who was super helpful and friendly—he made check-in smooth and offered great recommendations. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of.

Th manager/owner spoke really good English and gave me a lot of recommandations. I loved my room with deep soak bath tub overlooking the harbor. Very vibrant area with all the food markets. Short ride to Busan Air Cruise. Also next to the hotel is a Korean bathhouse/spa with salt water.

The manager/receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks very good English and is very friendly to tourists. He even booked a taxi for us and gave us a map around the hotel area to check out. And he booked a spa for us too. This hotel is a gem close by the shopping market and street foods. Close to gamcheon village and busan tower as well.

The hotel is family owned but provides very good service, clean and tidy. The location is close to Jagalchi fish market where you can have fresh seafood at a good price, it’s also close to Jagalchi station, BIFF square, Lotte mall and more; however, the downside point is the area around is quite dirty but safe. Still highly recommend.

Poor area, not worth it

Poor stay. The area is terrible, it's in the middle of the fish market, smells like fish all the time. The area outside is very gross. The "ocean view" is a view of the fishing boats, nothing special. Not worth it. The rooms are super small, loud noises can be heard from other guests, cleaning people and random loud noises. There are no real cups in the room for coffee, only paper cups. No breakfast option, nothing nice nearby, only smelly fish vendors.

The staff working here are really knowledgeable and make the city very easy to get around. They have a map with sights and food options and have tied that to their Instagram so you can see pictures of the food and restaurant signs which makes it easy to decide and find. Great experience kverall
