All of the staff were kind and helpful. At check in, they offered a map that included some food recommendations! We ate at a couple of restaurants on the list and they were all delicious! The room itself was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s a quick walk from Jagalchi market and BIFF square. If I were to come back to Busan, I would most definitely stay at this hotel! 10/10 recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, both at the hotel and at the spa. A third bed is a Korean futon bed, this should be advertised more clearly before booking. The room was quite warm so we needed the airconditioning.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this 3-star hotel, but it was nice. It was clean, fairly spacious (single, queen room), and it is absolutely close to attractions such as Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit sketchy though. It’s not like the bright, bustling markets nearby. It’s…quaint.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was lunar New Year, and the hotel owner worked the lobby and parking garage so he can give his staff the holiday off. He was very accommodating and helped us do an early check in. The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxation! It is walking distance from Jagalchi, BIFF, Gukje/Bupyeong market, and the Fashion district. Thank you for our amazing stay! I will definitely stay here again.

Was in a great location. But that's about all it had going for it. The place is dark and dingey. Reception guy is nice. Our room was small and was really unventilated bedding felt wet. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the bath when we arrived. No shower Curtin and the seal around the bath needed replacing hard to shower too because it's in the bath and the shower head is small. The bed was rock hard and the walls are paper thin I didn't sleep because all I heard all night was thumping and furniture moving from the people up stairs.
