Our host was very good at communications. We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the deck for fishing and relaxing. It had everything we needed for a wonderful family weekend. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful property. Lots of charm and mostly what we were looking for. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of relaxing to be had including the separate kids corner.Only downside was the listing showed there was a jetski lift available and when I asked ahead of time I was told there was one available to use. I found out on arrival it was not available and that it had been taken out of service a few months ago.Also had pulled up mid stay to a surprise repair dock people after a mid day jetski run. Felt a little uncomfortable given I had family inside with two strangers in the back.Property manager was quick to respond in both cases and apologized for the mishaps.Fortunately there’s a neighborhood dock that’s within walking distance to launch your jetski. It’s just tedious to launch and store every day instead of quick launching from a ski lift in the backyard.Place would be a 5 star otherwise!

Great property with a wonderful morning view and sun but enough shade to keep from being too hot, even during the summer time. The deck overlooking the water is a great place to sit and take in the scenery. Our family and friends had a great stay.

Lakeside Beauty

We were captivated by this beautiful house and the great access to the lake. We stayed there with family and friends. Our kids ranged from a 6 month old, to ages 11 to 19 and they all had fun. The owner was very accommodating and the communication was simple and clear. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Lubinberry Lakeside was an absolute gem. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere as well equipped as this home was. Everything we could possibly have needed was there. And the home is beautifully decorated/appointed. It was ideal for celebrating our son's graduation - three bedrooms and a separate fantastic lounge/kids area with big sectional, a tv, games and a further 2 queen beds that was absolutely perfect our son and his friends to hang out.Add in a gorgeous 2-story covered dock/deck and a hot tub and it all added up to a superb and relaxing stay.

Beautiful Property and Location

Lovely getaway on the river

Lubinberry was the perfect home and property for our Texas and New Mexico family reunion (10 adults + 3 kids). The hot tub was great when not out boating, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the family room was great for the kids (especially the Lego table). The water was a bit rough for our pontoon boat to be tied to the boat slip - but there is a boat ramp nearby. An enjoyable stay for all.

Overall beautiful property

The home was perfect. The setup was exactly what we needed to accommodate our large group. The location of the property was also the perfect spot on the water. When we arrived there were two trash bins outside just to the edge of driveway. Both were overflowing with trash and the trash cans were covered in maggots. We contacted the property manager and were told this would be handled immediately. This was not handled until 10pm the next day. Even after they came to pick up the trash, one of the trash bins was left full. There were two outside gathering areas. One of the decks above the boat dock was such a nice area, however, there were spider webs everywhere. There were also spider webs and spiders all down by the dock getting into the water. There were also spider webs and spiders all around the hot tub area.

great place

My wife just wants to move there. The place is well decorated, there was actually one more bedroom than we thought. Loved having meals outside on the pier. The only issue was a shortage of coffee mugs. We will make this location a regular family trip.

Absolutely Beautiful Property!

The house is stunning with so much to do with a swing, a deck, a hot tub, games, kayaks! The owners made sure you had everything you needed down to Q-tips, cotton balls, and a little medicine kit…which I ended up needing! Great location away, but not too far away. The property management company and the employees were amazing and so helpful!

A Piece of Paradise with the Grandkids

We could not have been more pleased with everything. The house and entire property was in great shape! We were surprised at how big the house was and how many people it could sleep. The kids loved the kids room! What a great idea! T the boat house was wonderfully relaxing, all the way down to the green lighy at the end of the dock. We caught a bunch of fish every nighy. Loved the time we spent there.

Family trip

We had a great time staying at this home. It is very cozy and very clean and well stocked. Great location on the lake. The covered deck was great to grill and relax on! We thoroughly enjoyed that! The only inconvenient aspect of the rental was just having access to one jet ski lift. I would think most people like us would want to rent 2 jet skis and have a safe place to store them. You cannot tie it up to the slip because the open waters make too big of waves when boats pass, and would beat up the tied jet ski. But other than that, I would recommend this home.

Girls' Weekend

My sister and mother flew in from the east coast to celebrate my mom's 80th bday. We realized its been 42 years since just the 3 of us went away together. This place was beyond exceptional. So clean, neat, up to date and absolutely comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat and we were able to swim off the dock. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck; we took meals out there, played cards, watched boaters and the sunsets. There was an entire room that we never even used. We just kept saying how perfect everything was. It was such a nice treat to celebrate my mom here.

Amazing LBJ Lake House

Our extended family spent the long holiday weekend at the lake house. The house was wonderful and had enough space for everyone. The kids cove was a big hit with the arcade game, tv, comfy couch and beds, and the remote controlled shades that made it nice a dark for teenagers sleeping. The entire house was beautifully decorated and we had almost every kitchen gadget we needed. The yard was a gentle slope down to the lake and with the concrete steps it was easy for even the older members of our family to navigate getting down to the water. The upper deck on the dock was the perfect place to enjoy the many fireworks displays and to relax during the day while watching the boaters. Our entire group enjoyed the house and all of the amenities.
