Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Clen Oak Escape offers the perfect lakeside retreat with 109 feet of lake LBJ water frontage. Sports enthusiasts will love our hoop it up basketball game. The lot is phenomenal with huge pecan trees for all day shade. Fishing is great as there is a fishing hole right at the end of the dock! Home comes with a boat ramp and houses a Sea Doo for rental! If you like to wake board, tube, ski or even barefoot ski this is the place for you! The home comes with a huge covered deck with ceiling fans, fire pit and lounge chairs for the ultimate relaxing day! There is also a propane grill and wood fire pit for those who love to cook! Don't let this home pass you by! BTW its also for sale as its been completely remodeled and set up for Short Term Rentals!
