Room was dirty, curtains were ripped and didn’t close, walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the other room. Hotel clerk said common area was not available for us to use as he wanted to mop. It was only 8pm. Breakfast was just ok

The room smelled terrible, there were cockroaches, dried left over food from the people that stayed before us. The worst part is that I prepaid for the room online and my credit card isn't only being uded to hold thec$50 charge. The hotel has charbmged me 3 additional times to cover the room. Be aware of your credit or debit card being excessively over charged.

The room was not in good condition. It had a very bad smell to it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as well as condition of room as fixing minor issues.

We've been staying here one weekend a year for an event that we attend. This last time was the worse we've seen it. Very run down. The room was dirty, there's lots of areas that look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The bench against the wall had gravel with pet hair upon arrival. The toilet didn't flush, there was a plunger next to it so it is a known issue to them. We had to use it after every use, pretty gross. The towel rack was loose and when I hung my towel the loose side came off the wall. We asked for towels for our 3rd day and they said they were out of towels. We will not return here any more, just too run down.

the room floor ,walls and drawers were dirty, found dog food in the tray for the coffee maker and bug droppings or larva in the drawers , did take pictures, I'm glad we did not spend any more time in the room than we did. the price was good but did not know it was for a dirty room. the bedding seemed clean , I hope I did not bring anything home or to my daughters home in AZ. not happy with the stay

The room had stains in the shower. The bathroom door had a dent and paint missing. The bath mat was stained. Several guest had dogs and there was feces all over common areas. Several long term guests were smoking pot outside their rooms. I will never stay there again.
