The staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating, but the room itself was below par. The curtain was not hanging on the proper tabs and wouldn't close all the way, the refrigerator only worked on one setting, and the bed was okay but lumpy. More seriously, some water got spilled on the bedroom floor; and when I wiped it up, the washcloth was filthy. The floor obviously hadn't been mopped recently.

All the ice machines avaliable had been inoperable. No freaking. Its a kinda shady area. Be nice to have ice. The office had some serious domestic aggressive arguments going on when i was in office. Got my room, stayrd and bailed. No freaking ice. Otherwise as expected but shady hood. Kinda fun to watch the hood . Been a minute

The stay was amazing the room was clean no problems at all with anything inside the room the 3rd floor hallway had a distinct smell to it but it never came into our room. The ice machines were broken but that didnt hinder our stay it was so much fun and I will definetly book again soon.

The outside is a little sketchy, we were a little nervous. The room itself was very clean, they could do better on the floors though. They just need a maintenance person to stop by and pick up the beer cans and dog poop. I don't know why dog.owners don't carry their own doggy bags, there wasn't any in the pooping area so people just left it.For the price it was a good stay.

Old out dated. Room was stuffy! Hallways had no air conditioning! Couch had stains! Floors had stains! The hallways also smelled like urin probably from all the dogs I heard barking in other rooms! Spend the little extra money and stay in Laughlin!

I couldn't tale a shower.

For some strange reason the bathtub could not be used aa a shower. There was no way to divert the water to the shower head.
