Tucked away in a quiet side alley just steps from Lyabi Khause Square, Alexia Hotel is a charming boutique property that strikes a thoughtful balance between luxurious comfort and personalized hospitality. The service has a warm, personal touch — staff always greeted me upon entering and said “have a good day” as I left. It’s the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a stay memorable. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful historic building, with intricate tilework and the ancient Islamic architecture that brings the spirit of old Bukhara into your private space — all while offering modern amenities. My room was spacious and tastefully furnished, available in both one or two bed configurations. It featured a large desk, two comfortable armchairs, and a spacious bathroom equipped with both shower and a tub. The shower was clean and stocked with premium toiletries. The only downsides: the hotel is priced higher than average for Bukhara. Additionally, during my stay, the Wi-Fi went out for 3–4 hours due to construction next door, and cellular reception in the room was poor. Overall, Alexia Hotel remains an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, character, and personal service in the heart of Bukhara.

Beautiful Hotel in the Best Part of the City

It was a very nice hotel and it's very close to the tourist attractions and restaurants in the old city. You can easily walk in evenings to nearby attractions and dozens of restaurants very easily. Its the perfect location. Its very clean and well maintained and the whole staff from breakfast to reception to cleaning is wonderful and excellent in every way possible.

This is a stunning hotel with amazing staff who accommodated us with everything we needed. The location couldn’t get any better. We could walk everywhere and were close to great restaurants and shops. The hotel is in beautifully restored historic building with modern amenities. The rooms are spacious with a rain-shower. We loved the eco friendly effort of not using plastics. The location is ideal for visiting old Bukhara being walking distance to the Kalon tower, Lyabi Khause and Chor Minor. The staff was super helpful and arranged reliable transfers for us. Great Boutique Hotel

This is a wonderful place in a great location. The photos actually don't do it justice. The property is better than what you see here. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast really nice, the breakfast room gorgeous. As for the decoration, this is the best hotel we've stayed in out of the 5 we went through in Uzbekistan. There is a nice terrace up top. As for the location, it's quiet yet in the centre, mins away from all the sites to visit in old Bukhara. Highly recommended
