Arriving in Bukhara, the area around this hotel (located right near the Lyabi Hauz Pool), is stunningly beautiful. Fountains, trees, swans, restaurants, music, madrassas, you absolutely cannot beat this location in Bukhara. Right on the pedestrian only part of Bakhovaddin Nakshband Street, but only metres away from a taxi rank, it was actually a bit difficult to find. I'm not sure if their sign was missing, but it is immediately next to the Classic Cafe Coffee House, so if you can't find it, just ask there. A comfortable stay and a good buffet breakfast. It was a bit of a walk to the Ark, but it was a very enjoyable walk with things to see all along the way. I was quite surprised at how great Bukhara is. For a touristy place, they do tourism right.
