The community is a beautiful, safe, and family friendly suburb of Buffalo, NY. The entire apt. is on one level, with four parking spaces next to the entrance. The beautiful open concept floor plan provides an abundance of natural lighting, creating a comfortable airy feeling, that is perfect for small gatherings, business travelers, and entertaining.

The completely remodeled duplex apartment features luxury finishes and amenities including:

We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence - license number 2021-01 (expires 08/15/2023). Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Visit back home

The check in/out process was seamless. The house was quaint with everything we needed and more. Loretta and Gary had the place stocked with coffee!! And a nice assortment of chips. Nice backyard to sit and visit with family and room for my son to run. I will be staying here again! Thank you for such a great place to stay.
