Disrespectful, Inaccessible, and Disheartening

I hardly know where to begin. The price of this room was outrageous for what we received, and the disregard for accessibility was unacceptable. No guest—especially one with disabilities—should ever feel their well-being is an afterthought. My friend and I were in town for a funeral with her elderly service dog. I was in an air-boot, using a cane, dependent on oxygen, and made specific accessibility requests weeks in advance, asking for a first-floor room unless an elevator was available. Despite this, we were placed on the second floor. With hunting season filling every hotel for miles, we had no alternative. This forced my friend to carry her large, elderly dog up and down stairs repeatedly—physically exhausting and unsafe for both. The room itself was worn but not filthy, yet the bathroom was unacceptable, with years of neglected grime on the tub and walls—clear evidence of poor upkeep and cleaning. The only saving grace was the compassion of the check-in manager, who offered to refund our stay and even carried my oxygen concentrator upstairs. His kindness could not outweigh the property’s failure to honor accessibility requests or provide safe accommodations. This stay was not just disappointing, it was disheartening. Accessibility is not optional, and disabled guests deserve dignity, not disregard. This property failed in nearly every respect.

Horrible Hotel - Do not stay here

This place was a dump. The room was in bad need of repairs. it was noisy and it was definitely not wort the $212 rate i paid. I'd rather sleep in my car. The place was over run with French visitors and they took up all seats during breakfast. I had to stand to eat. Pathetic. I am done using Hotels.com if this is waht they have to offer.

Don’t stay here!!

I’ve never reviewed a hotel because of time and just a feeling that it wouldn’t matter. This time I had to!!! Spent almost $500 for two nights and expected something better than a dump!! Room was small and not close to clean. The faucet on the bathroom sink ( which was in the main room and not even the bathroom) was so loose I thought it was going to fall off! There was toilet paper stuffed in the door peep hole and we were never sure if the main door was even closed completely. Dirt in the corners everywhere and shower head was terrible. Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and the carpets were nasty!! What a waste of two vacation nights. Worst ever at the price of a 4 star hotel!!!
