Mick—at the front desk— is a a true gift. A super ambassador for the property and for Salida. (My wife and I sat in the lobby two nights playing cards.) Mick made everyone feel welcome throughout. There are some WiFi issues that the owners need to work on. Otherwise, this is our favorite place to stay in Salida.

Good location and a great staff. Room had no WiFi and rooms are in a need of renovation and updates. Faucet in bathroom leaked, phone line was broken and , even upon request, it was not fixed. Breakfast was good.

It was a wonderful stay. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking...but other than that it was perfect.

Gave me key cards that didn't work. TV said to cast devices to it easily but it didn't work, No cable TV stations. Few channels. Noisy. Plugs in room on end table lamps weren't working (too loose) and only one plug available at wall. Room just ok. Older and cheap feel to it. Bed seems comfortable. Pillows are small and flat.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mick, the general manager. I was thoroughly impressed by his hospitality and welcoming manners. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. The room was clean and I had no issues. Price was maybe a little high but would certainly stay here again and recommend anyone else.
