Gran casa de 3 dormitorios muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y la playa.

Esta es una hermosa y espaciosa casa de 3 dormitorios muy cerca de la playa y el zócalo de Bucerías. La playa es una caminata corta, plana, de 200 metros. A una cuadra y cruzando el puente peatonal y estás en Bucerias culturales.

Está a poca distancia de casi todo en Bucerías. Los domingos puedes caminar al mercado local en el lecho seco del río a solo un par de cuadras al este.

La casa fue construida en 2000 y se ha mantenido muy bien.

El patio delantero es privado, pequeño y cerrado. En el gran patio trasero hay un pequeño edificio de apartamentos con cuatro apartamentos de 1 habitación y un apartamento de 2 habitaciones. Estos invitados comparten el patio trasero y la piscina con los huéspedes de la casa. Estos apartamentos también figuran en VRBO si necesita espacio para más de 8 personas.

An oasis in Bucerias

What a wonderful home in the Golden Zone. Easy access to the beach (200 meters away), restaurants and the market. We enjoyed feeling like we were a part of everyday life in Bucerias (versus staying at a resort) and the home was so comfortable. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and was such an oasis at the start and end of each day. The rooftop deck is also a wonderful place to catch the sunrise and sunset. Russell was a great host and provided beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and bottled water. The property is gated, and we felt very safe. The home is very spacious and comfortable. I would love to stay here again, and our teenagers loved it, too. Fave activities: Planeta Cacao tour/workshop close to Bucerias, beach at playa destiladeras in Punta de Mita, and sea turtle release in Puerto Vallarta marina area. And getting pastries at La Comer!

Seven days of peace

Russell was waiting for me when I arrived. I mentioned that because I had a bad experience with a prior owner of another property. Russsell walked me through property. He had a small welcome basket of goodies for me. I found the property clean, quiet with excellent air conditioning. It is short walk to downtown Bucerias. The beach is only 1.5 blocks away. I was there during low season but there were plenty of open restaurants with excellent food a short distance away from the house. I plan on returning again in the near future.

Comfortable house, near beach and good selection of restaurants

This was very easy and efficient. Russell was clear in his emails prior to arrival and very kindly let us check in early as we arrived on early flights. The house was perfect for our six night stay and we enjoyed the garden and the pool too. Russell checked in on us through our stay and came as we left too. A very pleasant stay.

Sir Russell (property Manager) was really professional and caring. He kept the lines of communication open at all times (via Text or Call) for any feedback or questions and responded rather quickly. His staff where also welcoming and respected our stay. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great and wonderful house to stay when planning your vacation to Bucerias, Nayarit Mexico. For any future vacation of my own that takes place in Bucerias, I will be looking to stay at this house. The House is literally about 1000ft away from the beach and a very short walking distance from downtown Bucerias where you can find good street food, restaurants, bars and shops. Sir Russell, Thank you again for the great experience we had with you and your staff. Thank you for maintaining the property clean and attending to our needs. The house is lovely and we did enjoy our stay there. Kitchen is really authentic and we spend a lot of time in that area. Pool and garden are well maintained. Our family enjoyed having breakfast on the patio every morning. The owner was very accommodating and was checking in with us on the daily basis. We requested help with purchasing of the second crib and our request was addressed, which was very helpful during our stay. Thank you!

just steps from the market

Had an awesome 12 days here, place was really clean, everything was provided as said. The pool was right outside our sliding doors in the living room, so that def got used a lot. The owner was always on hand if there were any problems. The only thing that could improve would be the lighting in the livingroom and kitchen. VERY dark which made it hard to sit up and read a book. We would def stay here again.

Our stay was amazing we had ever amenity we required to make our 3day stay relaxing and fun.

Russell and Ingrid we're very accommodating and the house was an absolute beauty. We had every amenity to make our stay relaxing and fun for the whole family. The house was centrally located to everything from the beach, hospital, grocery store, and local shopping. Russell and Ingrid we're prompt to respond to our every inquiry and did the best to meet our needs. My family and I hope to return soon.

Charming

Casa Cupula is a charming house and exploring Bucerias was a delight. With a large gathering area, open concept kitchen, dining and living room, it is comfortable for a group of 6 to 8. The beds are very comfortable and ceiling fans provided enough circulation that we did not need to use the air conditioning. The courtyard with pool is lovely with some beautiful flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Russell and Ingrid are a lovely couple, laid back, but also attentive to their guests needs. The maid and groundskeeper do a nice job of keeping the place clean. Only drawback is that lighting is not ideal for reading and most of our group would have liked to read a book in the early morning or late evening.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great few days staying here. Ingrid and Russell are very attentive hosts and the house was clean and neat. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen (spices, salt/pepper etc.) if you plan to prepare a few meals but overall we love the place and would like to return.

Private piece of Paradise

Our family (of 7 - 4 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed two wonderful weeks at Casa Cupula. The house is a very roomy 3 bedroom with loads of space for everyone. It is well maintained and very secure with all of the necesities. The location was central to go to the central plaza, beach, shopping & stores, all within walking distance. A very short and easy few minute walk to the beach where we enjoyed it pretty much to ourselves. The supplied beach chairs were fantastic! The backyard and pool area were amazing! A private sanctuary where we enjoyed watching birds, iguana's in the neighboring tree's and the well groomed gardens, all while lounging on the patio or in the pool. Russell & Ingrid were exceptionally easy to rent from and made every effort to ensure our rental weeks were enjoyed. If we are ever looking for a rental in the Bucerias area in the future, we will be sure to contact them to see if this property is available.
