The hotel itself was what was expected from Best Western. However, Michelle at the front desk made our stay exceptional. She was always available when we were in the lobby. She greeted each of us like we were family coming for a visit. We will be staying here every time we are in the Broussard area.

I stay here every time we have a baseball tournament in Broussard. It’s a great hotel. The staff is amazing. The young lady at the front desk always remembers my name. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
