It was ok, lots of money for the bare minumum

It was a very cute property, very spread out with lots of land to have fun with family and friends. It was clean and had a little of all we needed. They even have a second bathroom and shower in case you both have to use one and there is only one in your RV. But stuff we wish we were warned of from reading other reviews… 1. They have minimal blankets, you have one sheet and one thin comforter. There are no extra blankets. We were constantly adjusting ac to heat to accommodate. So bring an extra blanket 2. There is a huge sky light in the bedroom that makes it impossible to sleep past 7 am. Bring tape and something like a towel to tape over it or else it will feel like someone turned the light on. 3. The bed is ROCK HARD. I have never experienced that hard of a mattress. My hips hurt waking up, and I am 28 years old. My boyfriend is a pilot and he said that’s the hardest mattress he ever slept on. It is just very very firm. 4. Make sure you bring everything you need. A majority of VRBOs I stay at have at least body soap or something, if not full toiletries. This place has nothing “extra.” They do have plates, mugs, pot/pan, knives, silverware. There are 4 towels and like 4 hand towels/face towels. But bring whatever else you need. No q tips, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I’m not saying these things to hate on the property. It is very cute and clean, but it is very barebones and I wish I knew that going in so I could bring more to prepare. ALSO make sure you get there during waking hours. Our flight got delayed. We got there at 12 am and our gate code didn’t work since we were given the wrong one. We called and no one answered, so we had to park our car in a sketchy area and then throw our bags on the other side, in the dirt, and scale a splintery fence. Thank god my boyfriend was there or I wouldn’t have been able to get over on my own. The whole ordeal took 45 min, so we didn’t get to bed until 1 am. We didn’t get a call back until we had already scaled the fence again (with backpacks) and left for the next day.

Hidden Get-Away within a National Forest

We had a wonderful time at the Moto Ranch. The property is so beautiful and well kept - the evenings under so many stars were quite peaceful. The staff was very accommodating. We rented ATV's just a block away and that was a blast. The Ranch had multiple picnic areas and a large fire pit with plenty of seating for our family to enjoy time together. We will definitely return! Thank You!

Owners and groundskeeper are great people, couldn’t be any happier and going back next weekend too!
