It was a better than average hotel I have stayed here before. Same then same now
We liked the location, the linen fresh and white My husband did not like the toilet bowl because is too low Carpets, walls, doors, mirrors and side walks need more attention
cleanliness was visible in all areas of property breakfast was very good with more than adequate selections including scrambled eggs, bacon & turkey beds were comfortable would definately book there again
It was an ok stay. The location is close to places to eat and near Hwy 19. The weather was warm for December
Funny smell and outdated rooms. The floors were filthy.
shower&toilet area very small.hardly enough room to close door.room was nice otherwise
A good value, especially with the breakfast which included not only cold items but scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc. The only disappointment was that the pool was not heated. This is very close to Weekie Wachee which I would highly recommend.
The experience was fantastic customer service was outstanding
Staff was friendly, I always ask about towels at the front desk since every hotel I've been to never has enough in the room. Desk staff was unsure of how many are in the room so they went ahead and gave me two towels at check in, which was a first. Room was clean, pool was clean, there's ice on the first and second floor which was convenient. Hung around the lobby watching tv in the evening, there was tea and coffee available. Only rating 4 stars since the food was just ok. Other than that, great hotel!
Checked in around 7pm and the woman at the front, Cindy, was amazingly nice. She called me by name every time I saw her the two days we stayed there. We had a small problem with the AC unit in our room and she moved us to another room with no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel mostly for the excellent customer service.
Just needed a room for the night in the area and we used Quality as we had before in the past years ago
A decent motel with a great free breakfast. This is the only place we stayed that had something other than carbohydrates. There were eggs, bacon and sausage. The mattress was very firm, so not to my taste but my wife sure liked it.
Great location to High Point and wonderful breakfast bouffet!
Worse experience, the room wasn't no clean The staff was bad when we ask for better room
We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast. Conveniently located for our week long planned activities.
All around very accomodating on an extended businesstrip.
Was a reasonable hotel to stay in for the length of time we were there
We were just passing through town and just stayed ine night. I think it's great value for the price. Comfy bed, friendly staff, clean sheets and clean bathrooms. Only thing is the rooms tend to smell a little bit like old rug...it's not overwhelming, just sort of there...
Room was very small, but was clean. Motel style, no elevators so had to carry bags up outside steps. Bathroom tiny barely room to turn around and sinks were just part of main bedroom. No microwave, no refrigerator. I would have expected to pay $50 not $80 for this.
