This was the cleanest and most comfortable lodging experience I have had in a long time. It was perfect for 6 nights of out-patient recovery for our friend. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay (even tissue boxes!) and the beds and bedding was very comfortable (all of the above is rare in VRBO's from my experience).

Cushing Court Tranquility Stay

House had easy access and parking. It was a quiet neighborhood and on a dead end street so no road noise at all. There were 3 of us and the place was well suited to accompany our little group.Could sleep 6 comfortably. Beds were a bit soft but we adjusted to them ok.Deck had patio table and chairs to enjoy the nice weather and we used the grill one night. Kitchen set up to work well.Internet and streaming easy to use.The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was due to the living room furniture. It was not comfortable. More like staging furniture for show than actual living room furniture. When we rent a house, we like to gather in the family area at night and catch up or watch a movie and it was not comfortable to do that.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for anyone exploring the redwoods and coastal trails around Brookings. The house is nice and communication with manager was excellent. Any hiccups were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. I would stay again!

Very quite neighborhood close to everything stores restaurants etc. The house itself was very comfy very clean and plenty of space loved the back yard perfect for bbq and hanging out. Oh and the deer just hanging around the neighbors yards was a great attraction lol.

Annual Rogue River Getaway

Enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 4 beds in quiet cul-de-sac residential neighborhood. Very convenient to our golfing and fishing activities. Would definitely consider again for next year. Thanks!

Cushing Court Getaway

A cute beach-themed house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It had all of the amenities we needed, was very comfortable, and was located a short walk and/or drive to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, spacious and clean

Property is just as described, worked out perfectly for the 4 of us for a 2-night stay. Unfortunately some private properties prevent easy access to the coastline. It's so close! But a bit of a walk to get around all the gates, etc. We loved Superfly for cocktails 😃

Wonderful little house!

This was such a great find and a wonderful fit for our family of 4. We used Brookings as a base for exploring the southern coast and Redwoods. We found the house clean and comfortable and would stay here again.

Great home base for exploring the area

We stayed here for my daughters bday trip to see the redwoods. Could walk to the beach and coffee and 5 min drive to the port. The kids loved the tire swing. Great outdoor space

Lovely Quiet Retreat

The house was very comfortable and well furnished. Bedroom arrangements were good - a queen in one of the bedrooms; twin beds in the second bedroom; and a king in the master. The kitchen was well equipped - had everything we needed for a nice stay. The host checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. The house was very peaceful and quiet and convenient to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.
