Bright and newly built cabin (2023) is located right on the Glover River, on the edge of Broken Bow. It's roughly a 2.5 hours drive from Frisco, Plano and McKinney with much less traffic than Hochatown during weekends. Most of the restaurants and stores are a short 15-20 minutes drive. The location is very peaceful with lots of nature sounds during the day and night.

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked owner’s closet located downstairs in one of the bedrooms. Please do not try to access it during your stay unless provided with a code. Free parking and on site Tesla charger, with enough space to bring your boats, kayaks, or ATVs.

River access is public, so you’re welcome to walk along the bank. There’s a nice swim spot to the right, down by the last house on the street. Glover River levels can change daily depending on rainfall upstream — fun to watch, just be aware.

Most of our guests are families and small groups of 6–10, with extra room to spread out. The cabin sleeps up to 13 when you bring the whole crew, your friends, or a women’s retreat — there’s genuinely space for everyone, especially the kids.
