“American Paradise” is like a five-star treehouse! Just over a year old, this tall cabin has 3000 sq ft of living space, 1500 sq ft of covered decks, and 300 sq ft of uncovered deck. With enough beds to sleep up to 22 people at American Paradise can handle your large family and closest friends and it’s perfect for a guys’ getaway or a girls’ weekend. It features 4 outdoor deck areas, 4 spacious king suite bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 twin over queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat panel TV with DirecTV service! To top it off, there’s a hot tub on the back deck!

First Floor

The 1st floor wide open main living space at American Paradise is a combination living, dining, and kitchen area that features a gas fireplace, 2 comfortable leather sofas, 2 soft seating chairs, and dining for 8 plus 4 bar stools. There is a first level King Master Suite. There is an adjacent Game room with pool table, 9 foot shuffleboard table, a flat panel TV, and a retro pizzeria style video arcade featuring over 60 old school games! The game room has a door so it can be closed off to not disturb the other areas of the cabin. American Paradise is perfect for entertaining family and friends while making memories that will last!

The second floor of American Paradise features a stylish lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a twin size futon (sleeps 1). Adjacent to the lounge is the upstairs large covered deck area that provides the perfect spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee or afternoon drinks. The 2nd floor features 3 King Suites and a bunk room with a 2 twin over queen bunks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The cabin also contains 3 twin size fold out mattresses and a queen size fold out mattress.

Outdoors

For outdoor entertainment and fun there is a large fire-pit, a relaxing hot tub, horseshoe pit, and a play-set for the kids! Grill your favorite meal on the outdoor gas grill (propane provided), then serve and enjoy on the beautiful outdoor wood dining table. Once finished, you can kick back around the outdoor fireplace on the deck or stare at the stars on the large open sky deck. Entering the cabin from the back deck only requires 5 steps for those guests concerned with the tall front stairs.

American Paradise now features a Siemens Vericharge Level 2 240 volt 30 amp electric car charger! Universal compatibility: works with all J1772 complying cars and also Tesla vehicles using Tesla's charging adapter.

Great house with great friends!

House was perfect for our group. Lots of room for everyone, plus a big kitchen, dining room table, living room, and outdoor space. The heat and air fluctuated from room to room, which wasn’t great with a cold front. Also, plan for lots of stairs. Overall, we loved it!

Over all the stay was amazing the house was very clean, it’s a very big house. Very spacious the location is great and very peaceful. Some issues we did have was 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are very hot, one of the fans in the upstairs room didn’t work so the room stays hot throughout the day. We also couldn’t find an iron but there is an ironing board. The main issue we had was that there was a leak coming from the AC. Leak was in the middle of the living room, we did call customer care 2x about it and they did send maintenance to try and fix the problemit wasn’t completely solve but they made it work for us.

Nice gateaway and stay with 20+ person

This property was nice and have lot of room for large party. It has enough place to park your car. Every room has its attached bathroom. There were enough dishes, glasses, cutlery and crockeries. It’s a nice fit for 20+ people. There is a game room with pool table. There are system available for outside grill. The air conditioning is strong and have ample water supply. Outside deck has seating arrangement and have a jacuzzi. There is a little play area with slide and swing outside for kids. Note that one has to climb stairs in order to enter the cabin and it’s not handicapped friendly. Overall it has a nice get together with family friends who’d love to stay in this property again. Few things that are to be noticed and require management attention if can be taken care of in future. 1. There are no extra bedding or blankets which should be given. 2. Why there is only one paper towel in the kitchen - keep at least 3/4 paper towels that’ll help the guests a lot. 3. There are no aluminum foil or cling wrap or zip lock provided. 4. There were only 4 trash bags available with poor quality - at least 10-12 heavy duty trash bags should be there. 5. The wifi is very poor - almost no connection in upstairs. 6. Have very few board games and no toys for infants or kids.
