Un descanso en Lighthouse View se trata de abrazar la vida costera y pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia en un ambiente relajante.

La segunda vez que llegue, quedará sorprendido por las vistas del mar hacia el puerto deportivo de Brixham y alrededor de la bahía hacia Torquay. El espacio de estar de planta abierta se inunda con la luz de la ventana grande para hacer un retiro tranquilo para relajarse y descansar, y el suelo de madera original se suma al encanto. No olvide sus binoculares, ya que el cómodo asiento de la ventana ofrece el punto de observación perfecto para observar a los pescadores locales en su próxima aventura.

Los cocineros en ciernes pueden preparar un banquete en la acogedora cocina o puede salir a su jardín privado y encender la barbacoa en una cálida noche de verano. Y en las noches más frescas, puedes acurrucarte frente al quemador de madera parpadeante con el clan para una noche de cine con algunos de los mejores pescados y papas fritas.

A great location with fantastic view and good parking!

This was our second time staying here and it is just so convenient for Brixham and surrounding areas. A lovely, family holiday location and the view is amazing! Driveway parking is a bonus too!

Excellent property with wonderful views from living room and two of the bedrooms. A little out of town, but there is parking (for two vehicles (at a piinch) and it is on a bus route - the hourly 17 bus goes past the door.

An autumn break

The most amazing view. Totally mesmerising. The luxury part of the holiday is the view. The accommodation is good and beds are comfortable but nothing is luxury. Great distance to the beaches and town. Very relaxing.

Fantastic place to stay bit hilly so car needed unless you like walking few little niggles ie no salt and pepper left for us no soap left at all but was fantastic sat in window seat watching the fireworks

Great location for this house and is a repeat stay Only downside is parking and people lined up outside the house. Still needs a better newer TV upstairs though that you can use for streaming

Our stay at the Lighthouse View

This is as recently refurbished property set above the cliffs overlooking Brixham town & harbour. This is the ideal place to stay within easy travelling distance of both Torquay & Dartmouth. The view from the front of the house is breathtakingly beautiful. We spent hours simply watching the fishing boats & yachts out in the bay. There is a small patio garden out the back with a fishing pond, table & a parasol which is great for having a meal in the sun. I would recommend this property

Bunk beds

The mattresses on the bunk beds are not fit for purpose. The springs poke through making a good night's sleep impossible. Otherwise a good location and adequate facilities.

Comfortable, spacious, great views

Well furnished and stocked with plenty of kitchen wares. Comfortable main bed, second bed okay, didn’t use bunk beds. Tea, coffee, sugar, even milk provided. Nice sofa, armchairs a bit uncomfortable. Good heating and hot water. Great views of harbour and bay, good telescope and binoculars provided. Parking was good but only for a small car. Minor criticisms - steep stairs at front door and inside. Minimal toilet paper and laundry detergent provided.

Lovely views and location

Lovely location,we have been coming to Brixham for a few years now and we were impressed with the house ,the only little fault is the beds were a little low especially for the grandparents.

A great option for Brixham

A very clean and relatively spacious property with great views across Brixham harbour. 10 minute walk to the main town area and 10 minutes walk from Fishcombe Cove. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the matresses on the bunk beds weren't great - my kids could feel the springs. There isn't a dishwasher in the house, but it gave the kids good training in how to clean dishes manually! But with all that said, if we were to revisit the area, we would probably rent this property again.

Great views, great position

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Loved the view over harbour and sea from the front windows. Back garden was also small but clean with a nice picnic table. The position and off road parking was also a big plus. The harbour was a 10 minute walk with kids with a lot of steps, but this was to be expected. Utilities was all clean and working well.
