Introducing the amazing "Mariners Cottage". If you're looking for a truly magical property, look no further!

Mariners is a stunning Harbour-side Fisherman's Cottage directly on the waterfront. Just a few steps away from the inner harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs. Oozing with charm and original features, this stunning property is ideal for small to medium families or couples.

Situated over 3 floors, this property has a spacious feel with sea and harbour views from all floors.

The ground floor consists of the lounge with original wooden beams and decorative fireplace leading a well equipped galley kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven / hob leading to a small outside courtyard to the rear.

The first floor hosts the rear aspect second bedroom (double) and dining room to the front, with views over the sea & harbour.

The second floor has the family sized bathroom with shower, bath and towel rail along with the master bedroom with king-size bed with front aspect views.

We have an information tray containing menus and brochures for local activities & outlets. Please note that there are steps leading to this property.

The best of Brixham

A superb location and beautiful, immaculately clean, well stocked and furnished cottage. The property was warm and comfortable and very well managed by it's owners. All 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would return again.

Last minute break

Lovely! Some steps leading to property expected as it was in “ overhang” knew the area. Not ideal for all because the stairs are quite challenging leading to the over two floors. We found them ok. Little feedback: would have been nice to see the potted plants outside the little terrace are to have been looked after a little better. Gives everything a little colour. Overall, very nice would happily stay again. Owners was very accommodating. Thank you both.

Brixham minibreak

The cottage is very old and very cute. The position overlooking harbour is stunning. The only issue is that you have to climb stairs to reach property and the stairs inside are also steep. If you are fit then you can’t do better.

A week in Brixham

We found our property easily. Parking was located on the Southern Quay, which was not a problem. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. All necessary items found in the kitchen. Good location for harbour side cafes, restaurants etc. Recommend, Rock Fish and Simply Fish for fish lovers. Lovely walk along the harbour front to Breakwater Cafe.

Lovely cosy cottage, excellent location but a bit of noise from lorries in harbour opposite early in morning. Went for our 30th wedding anniverary and my birthday. Lovely bottle of prosecco was there on arrival. Had a lovely time.
