If you can install a hand rail in the shower area were the bath tub is. In room 9, there is an extra small table & a chair, that's great but it will be better if you can add one small sofa kn the other side.

Decor a little dated but value for money.

Good value for money. Not the most up to date decor but staff were friendly, it is in a good location and with a Hungry Horse as part of the hotel well worth the money. Don't expect the Ritz for the cost of the stay.

Dated and run down accommodation

Very dated hotel. Carpet and furniture in room were stained. Old fixtures and fittings. Breakfast not great with cleaners vacuuming around you and the buffet. Chairs in the dining area ripped, tables sticky and carpets dirty. Lovely staff who are let down by the quality of the accommodation.

Ideal overnight stay close to airport

We stayed just one night before an early flight from Bristol Airport and found it clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture and fittings were a little dated but still perfectly fine for a short stay. We also had dinner in the attached pub which was excellent and very good value even at normal prices, but we received 20% off the food bill as hotel guests. The airport parking was only a 10 - 15 minutes drive away so was a great choice for the purpose. Would definitely stay there again next time we fly from Bristol.
