Valley View is so named for reasons that will become obvious upon arrival.
I am a fully inclusive host and offer a fully renovated private home with independent living.
Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property!
Dayboro and the surrounds have very popular function venues and I am happy to host bridal parties. Ocean View Estate is 3.5 kls North of Valley View. My Cadillac may also be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect?
The space
Valley View is located a pleasant 12 kl drive North of Dayboro and is 44 kls from Brisbane International Airport. Given our altitude above sea level, approximately 500 metres, we enjoy a delightfully mild climate, cooler in Summer's heat and in Winter slightly chilly of an evening.
Surrounding us is nature in all its unspoiled glory including loads of birds with their morning chorus, wallabies in abundance with occasional hares and, if you are lucky, koala sightings!
Being as well located as you will be, you have easy access to Noosa Heads, 78 kls away and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo 35 kls, also to the North.
There is great shopping at North Lakes (28kls), Chermside (43kls) and Brisbane CBD (52kls).
There are are surfing and still beaches within easy driving distance and other destinations I can describe. Like a walk? The gantry at Mt Mee offers walks for most levels of walkers with unparalleled views over the coast, Glasshouse Mountains and D'iagular Ranges.
The Woodford Folk Festival is located a delightful 25 kl drive to the North. This great folk festival is internationally acclaimed, more importantly is a bunch of fun with great music and attractions.
Guest access
Your accommodation is private and independent. I am easily available however not intrusive as I live in the apartment below and tend to keep a low profile.
Guests have access to a covered car space and open space beside same.
All of the upstairs area, including the verandah surrounding the residence and front garden are available to guests.
I do not charge for infants below 2 years of age nor do I provide bedding for same. Notwithstanding' you are welcome to provide and use your own.
If further bedding is required arrangements can be made in that regard.
Laundry facilities may be available upon request at a small charge.
The fridge is stocked with a comprehensive array of the basics so as to enable you to settle in easily upon arrival.
Other things to note
Please observe our house rule of "No smoking" anywhere on the property?
Also please note that a Closed Circuit TV monitors the rear and side entrances to Valley View. Other cameras monitor the downstairs area and have no view of the Airbnb residence.
