We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful.

The Quest was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Down side is it is has 3 levels and there are no elevators. i was not advised when booking that there was limited parking and that you had to book and pay extra for parking. Othrwise you have to park on the street which is a busy main road in Ipswich. The houses around to Quest are run down and graffitied and after doing a couple of laps i had to park 6 properties away. Not a nice feeling walking up the road when coming back late at night. Also spent the night wondering if our car had been stollen or side swiped whilst parked on a busy main road. Even though my room was towards the back of hotel, the noise from the traffic kept me awake during the night. I would not stay there again.

I found the doors were noisy and disturbing, but the hotel quality was very good. The staff were very helpful, apart from the noisy unit and entry doors the hotel was excellent.

Had everything we needed. My only complaint was the garden balcony all had 2 air conditioning units on them. You could sit out there if someone turned it on. It blew hot air all over you and noisy. No point in having an out door sitting area if you can not sit I. It
