My sister and I have stayed here a few times when we meet up in Brisbane - the location next to Garden City shopping centre is so convenient for food and shopping (we both come from smaller towns). The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a bit small. The free parking is a great bonus. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel as well, which has reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall we really like it and will return.

The room smelt a bit musty and the sink in the bathroom had darker dirt around the silver part of the plug area around the rim of it. One of the face towels also smelt a bit musty like it had been sitting there for a while. The bed felt comfortable and the breakfast was good.
