Beautiful, quaint hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Wonderful, friendly customer service. Loved how close it was to walk to the wharf with plenty of excellent places to eat. I didn't realize they had a free shuttle to the airport - another wonderful surprise. I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel Kingsley was clean and convenient and perfect for our one night stay in the Brisbane area. The most outstanding feature of this property, though, was the property manager, Helen. She was incredibly friendly and very informative. Every time we entered the lobby, both coming and going, she would go out of her way to greet us and ensure that everything was satisfactory. She provided background information concerning the area in which the hotel was located and suggestions for breakfast and dinner including, of course, the hotel's restaurant. If we are able to return to Brisbane in the future, we will definitely stay at Hotel Kingsley!
