Property was fine, host was very helpful until my son accidentally left clothes at the property hanging up in a cupboard, very expensive clothes. Once we realised this had happened I contacted the host straight away, where I was told they would contact the cleaner to find out if they found them as we had someone ready to collect them, so no cost to the host to send the clothes back. This is when I was repeatedly told that the cleaner had not responded to the host as to whether they found them or not, this went on for 4 days. I once again got in contact with the host asking if they had found the clothes and if not could I return to the property and ask the cleaner myself. This was when I was told by the host that I could not ask the cleaner as they had already finished at the property, which confused me because for 4 days straight the host had no contact with the cleaner. When I spoke to the host she was very dismissive in regards to the theft of my son’s clothes. Clearly my son made an error in leaving his clothes accidentally, however I got in contact with the host straight away surely they could have done the right thing.
