The Regency Cottage is right at the centre of the city and it’s ideally situated to visit everything Brighton has to offer. It’s a perfect getaway for those looking for a touch of luxury in an ultra-convenient location, The Level park and the famous Lanes are very close by and the beach and pier is a short walk away. The property is beautifully styled to be a place of retreat for anyone wanting to indulge in a stay of an outstanding quality, perfect for a holiday right in the centre of Brighton. My newly refurbished house is located in central Brighton for a perfect getaway in the city by the sea! It boasts a vibrant, fully equipped kitchen with a chef's hob and a fridge with a water and ice maker- it has everything you might need to whip up delicious meals, leading to a peaceful decked garden to be enjoyed on sunny days. The tastefully decorated living area has a flat screen TV for entertainment and an exquisitely comfortable sofa to relax after a day of exploring.
There is four elegant, bright and airy bedrooms with double beds, fitted with high quality linen for a good night's sleep and two sleek, modern bathrooms that come with plush towels, as well as hotel-sized toiletries. In one of the bedroom, you will find an industrial trundle bed that can either be turned into a double bed or 2 single beds. There is also an additional double sofa bed in the living area, so this spacious and sophisticated property can sleep up to ten guests in total. Just bring yourself and enjoy a stay of exceptional quality in the heart of Brighton!

Great location. There's an open air market 5 min walk away that we loved. The place itself was very roomy and comfortable. We unexpectedly had to wire 300 pounds as a security deposit at the last minute. We got it back but coordinating the transfer of funds at the last min from the US was a little tricky as I use a small local bank

Lovely house for group meal and exploring Brighton

The house is well sized and spacious with a lovely terrace. It's one of the best kitted out kitchens I've stayed at, we could comfortably cook for 8 of us both nights and it's well placed with buses and a walk into the city centre for exploring. I highly recommend the house.

Lovely house in a great location

Great location, lovely outdoor area. Sleeping arrangements weren’t the best sofa bed very uncomfortable and attic roof far too hot , but very good overall we had a lovely time :) thank you.

We enjoyed our visit to Brighton, Rose Hill Cottage was very well equipped. It was a very cold weekend and the bedrooms were cold especially the attic room which was draughty. Great location to visit Brighton.

Great pad for exploring Brighton

Fantastic little base for exploring Brighton. The flat is really quirky and has a great vibe - lovely decor and lots of light! The outdoor space is perfect for food and drinks during the day and early evening. Was perfect for our mums 60th Birthday - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brighton. Nicky was super quick to respond to all our messages and was really helpful - thank you!
