The hotel was great, clean, and met our needs. Staff were fantastic.

We were so happy and surprised to be upgraded. Thank you so much-this made our trip

The lodge is directly across the street from The Mount Washington Hotel - where you will probably spend some quality time. The lodge itself is bare-bones, much like a basic motel. There was no staff on site. We didn't even have a way to make coffee in the AM. In contrast, the main hotel across the street, about a 15-minute walk, door to door, is magnificent and the location of the lodge couldn't be better. The area is spectacular, with so much to do. If you are looking for an economical way to stay in the area, the Lodge works. But it might be worth the splurge to stay at the hotel across the street.

Staff was great, the view was excellent, the fact that we got to use the facilities at Omni Mt Washington was great too.

Amenities were good. Cleanliness in room not good.

We have stayed here in the past with no problems. This time I found that something has gone awry at the lodge! The staff seemed out of sorts with what was going on. I heard the lady answer many calls with customers not happy and she replying talk to the people above us please because we cannot get what we need! This is very sad. There is no longer a continental breakfast! The housekeepers main room was next to our room and she looked very sad and unkept. There were bags upon bags of dirty towels lying on the floor outside our room. Finally we did not even get our room cleaned and we asked many times and were completely ignored. The only positive was the cleanliness of the pool and sauna area. I usually do not complain but when you take a short shuttle ride up the hill to the other omni hotel you will see that is how a hotel is run!

non eventful. nice place. nice location. I did not use any hotel facilities - or grounds - just a place to sleep

Hotel room was clean and warm, only thing is you have to go outside to use the pool which isn't fun in the winter.

The place isn't too bad- it's pretty clean, pretty nice, pretty quiet. Price was a bit high for what it is, but considering there is not much else there aside from the Mt Washington resort, I guess everything is relative. I'd stay there again. I do have one minor gripe- there is no coffee maker in the room. Yes, they do have a continental breakfast that was nice, but no coffee in the room? Really?

Short trip to the Bretton Woods area, had a good time, wished we could have stayed longer.

I booked a room at this hotel for a reason, when I went to check in at 415-430 I was told I would not be staying at this hotel and would be staying across the street at a different hotel. I felt like I was treated as a second class guest on multiple occasions. The only reason I can think of that caused this is that I am only in my early 30's and I do have tattoos, but I was always dressed nicely and more then met the dress code requirements. At one of the restaurants in the hotel I waited and watched as the bar tender saw me waiting first but decided to serve 2 different older gentleman wearing suits first. At breakfast I sat there and watched as a party of 2 and 4 were seated before me even though I had my name in before them. On the day of my check out I called down for a hotel employee to come to the room with a cart to help with my luggage, after waiting for over 30 min I decided just to make two trips and carry all the stuff down myself. As I proceeded to check out they informed me that even tho I booked a room at a different hotel with a free breakfast that because I was moved I owed an additional $56 for the buffet breakfast. At that point I went to the vallet parking staff and handed in my ticket. Once again I watched for 45 min as people that came after me had there car driven to the front and their luggage loaded. My experience was not all bad, the hotel was very clean and I was very happy with my room as well as the food they served in the restaurants.
