The second upstairs living room is set up for a quieter evening or a movie night while the main level hosts. Mountain views from every window.

WINTER SKI ACCESS
Breckenridge base is a five-minute drive north up Highway 9. Peak 9 lifts are the closest — Quicksilver Super6 and BeaverRun Superchair pick up right at the base of the neighborhood. Peaks 7, 8, and 10 are on the same lift system, 2,908 skiable acres total, with the Imperial Express Superchair at 12,840 feet — the highest chairlift in North America. Free BreckFree town shuttle runs from Main Street to base areas. Keystone Resort is 25 minutes over Swan Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin is 30 minutes — both on the Epic Pass.
