You will love our spacious and cozy apartment, which is situated in a quiet location, right next to a beautiful park with a lake. The apartment comprises 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. In the well-fitted kitchen, you will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and an oven. Featuring a terrace with garden views, our apartment also provides a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. Private parking in the garage is available as well.

The apartment consists of the entrance hall, the bathroom (with a toilet, bathtub, washbasin, and washing machine), the open-space kitchen combined with the living room, one separate bedroom (with a double bed and wardrobe), and the loggia with lovely outside seating. The kitchen is equipped with the fridge (including freezer), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, coffeemaker, and all other basic kitchen stuff (such as cutlery, cups, plates, etc.). In the living room combined with the kitchen, there are two pull-out couches suitable for sleeping two people (4 if necessary). WiFi and a flat-screen TV are provided as well.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with satellite channels. Große, ruhige Wohnung. Mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Betten waren bequem. Pflegeprodukte im Bad vorhanden. Wohnung war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinweis: um in die Tiefgarage zu kommen, muss man einen anderen Aufzug nehmen (nicht den Hauptaufzug).
