Very nice hotel and location, the rooms were very hot and couldn’t turn the temperature down and made it a bit uncomfortable. Pillow wasn’t comfortable either. Didn’t realise spa was an extra charge as we had booked the hotel especially for this reason

This hotel is right by the Danube River, and near many attractions such as the Castle, UFO tower and walking distance to the Blue Church. There are several restaurants nearby along with dessert choices! Parking was extra, but it was reasonable. Breakfast was very good with many options of bread, yogurts, and fruits.

An excellent location…. Next to the river, if you arrive/depart by boat, and next to the train station, if that’s your method of travel. Within walking distance to all of the “old town” restaurants and shops, as well as the castle. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable. We did have a shower drain clog, but the room (1 br) had 2 showers, so no harm done.

Very will located just below the "castle" and adjancent to transportaion and shopping. Service was excellent especially for Cristina. Room was clean with view of the castle. We stayed 3 days and would do so again.

Club thumps on the weekend until 4am

Great hotel, nice staff, good food. Only downside is that the club downstairs will keep you up until 4am if you are at the front of the hotel. They apologised and said we should have been given a quiet room, but it was too late at that point.

It felt safer having to use a room key card for elevator to your room. Loved the location. Wish they had USB charging in the room but you could get adapter at front desk. I will stay there on my next visit.

Worst hotel stay

Air condition not working in the room and it’s extremely hot not comfortable to sleep or stay at. Reception is under staff and very slow check in process. Wasted so much time to speak to someone at desk or via phone. Very poor hospitality. Not even acknowledge it was a trip for special occasion.

Great location warm room

Great location situated right in the centre of the old town which was ideal for restaurants and entertainment. However our rooms AC didn’t seem to work and the room got very warm throughout the night
