Good location for a tourist. Has only basic cooking facilities in the room, one plug in hot plate but a full size fridge. No microwave. Has a communal kitchen also however with oven and microwave. Everything else was great.

The room was big, bright and airy, and check in was efficient. Unfortunately there were empty cans, wrappers and huge amounts of dust under the bed, the cookware was filthy and the living area, with the sofa bed, only had curtains for half the windows. Disappointing as location was good and these issues could be easily fixed.

Check in was easy and fast, you need to ring the reception to get the entrance door open. Late checkout is possible at 12 at the latest for additional 12€. Place is a bit run down, very slow elevators, never seen slower TV controller, horrible pillow, no soundproof so you will hear absolutely everything from the echoing hallway. Apartment was basic but in a perfect location and for a good price.

It is getting worst and worst

Unfortunately the quality of service in this hotel is going down and down. Almost all rooms need renovations and detail repair. I am so sad to tell that after almost 10 years , going to this place, most probably I will jot recommend it to anybody anymore.

It was central and good value for money. But the staff never said hello good morning good evening during our entire 4 day trip. We simply picked up the lock on the door and that was it. Also nobody holds the door open for people they simply bang it in your face.

Apartment was very good and comfortable, great location with bars, restaurants and Lidl on the doorstep and across the road from the Old Town. Check in was a big let down as our room wasn't ready and had to wait 1hr before we could get in.

We accidentally only booked for 1 person and was given a room with a single bed, but reception were extremely helpful and made up the sofa bed for us. Great location close to shops restaurants and transport. Quiet and clean.
