When I get to the date of reservation found out my room had been cancelled very upset I was so bad my BP was elevated good thing I had family that had an extra space…. This property is off the beaten path in Branson so it is more quiet and less traffic. The facility is beautifully maintained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Bait & Switch Time Share Beware

Bait & Switch. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a deluxe balcony with a view and got placed on the first floor with a very minimal view of the lake. Balcony was right next to a very noisy air conditioner. That sounded like a 747 every time that it decided to kick on or off. Neither peaceful or quiet. Even worse was check-in. We we were asked to pay a $50 deposit to clean this condominium that is not serviced every day. This should've been disclosed at booking and not whenever I arrived. We were then asked to get a parking pass from the "concierge," who then proceeded to try to give us some spill about a timeshare presentation. Stated he was going to give us money to go to if we agreed to go and eat breakfast. He very quickly changed his tune whenever we told him we already had a timeshare. It's 8:00 pm, I've been working all day, just drove 4 hours and the last thing I want to do is listen to a high pressure sales pitch!about a timeshare that I haven't even seen. I complained about all of these issues to hotels.com they have said nothing even after promising that they would get back "urgently" about the issue. As for the hotel, will not return and I don't recommend that you do either The place itself is clean,well appointed, but the staff are not. The hotel desk clerk seemed equally smug about sending me to the "concierge for a parking pass."
