The house was beautiful. It was very close to the outside pool which was nice with the kids. The hot tub was amazing. The whole home was very clean and well maintained I highly recommend

Beautiful place to relax and play! Check in and out beyond easy and communication with owners was always pleasant :) would definitely stay again!

Family of 6 stayed for a week. Everyone slept well, comfortable beds, the littles lived the bunk beds. Lots of bedding. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. We had lots of towels which was appreciated. Hot tub was great, used it many times. The littles used the pool and had fun but apparently the water was pretty cold, they didn't want to stay long. We didn't cook any food there but the kitchen was nice. We did do laundry while we were there so that was handy. Big tvs in all the rooms so we could send the kids off for quiet time easily. Lots of living room seating, we watched a few movies very comfortably, and there were a few blankets which was nice. The drive into Branson each day wasn't bad at all. Very hilly obviously, but our van did ok. We would gladly stay here again. Staying there in summer while the outdoor pool was open sounds like fun.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 10. Communication was easy and they quickly resolved an issue we had with the back door lock. They are close to all attractions which was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed - well, just about everything...

We had three adults and five teenagers on our 5-night stay. All communication with the host was via text messages. We were given a link to a web site with all information about the stay, including the door code. This building is a year or two old, and is outfitted like you'd expect a modern vacation rental to be. Sleeping accommodations were good (kids upstairs and adults downstairs) and there were enough smart TVs for our varied interests during the downtime. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. There was plenty of parking. It was about 25 minutes to most attractions in downtown Branson. The neighborhood seemed safe, although there were no sidewalks so any walking or running was done in the street, but there's not a ton of traffic. The outdoor pool was out of season, and while we did walk to the indoor pool to check it out, we did not have time to use it. We used the kitchen a lot. We fixed breakfast and supper at the rental each day and did some baking. We had planned the meals before the trip, so we brought a griddle, muffin tin, etc. Unfortunately, some prior guests must have been irresponsible with the silverware; there were only 4 forks and 4 spoons, while there were 8 knives. We bought some plastic silverware for our stay. The host provided a "starter pack" of consumable supplies. It included only 4 dishwasher pods, but we contacted the host when we were down to our last pod and they left some more on our doorstep before supper that same day.
