The building had a noticeable lean and had metal support braces on the outside keeping it upright. None of the other buildings looked like this. Also, outside lighting was poor.

I didn't like that it was not located where it was advertised on Expedia. It was located further away. Not within walking distance of the landing,

Branson Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo needs a bit of TLC but we weren't there all that much so it all worked well for us. Its a few miles from main street in Branson but easy to get to.

Had a great stay at Valley View Retreat.The communication was immaculate. My family and I enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed.It was very nice and cozy. I highly recommend. Will stay here again whenever we decide to come back.

The condo was very comfortable. It was just a couple of little things that were a little lacking. The shower curtain was torn and very flimsy. We would have liked a box of tissue to use. The condo was nicely decorated and everything worked well. The Brita water pitchers were nice to have in the fridge.

Weeklong stay-Arrived Sunday, left Saturday.

The good: The beds were comfy. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and pots/pans. The clothes wash/dryer combo was convenient. There were extras left like clothes pods, plenty of towels, extra bedding and such. Check-in was completely online. One of the lifeguards was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the pool pass. Other than the guards who waved you through, this was our only interaction with anybody on property. Need to know: On one site, it shows the property in downtown Branson with a 16 minute walk to the Branson Landing. It is several miles outside of Branson. Another said it was golf view. While the property is on a golf course, ours had a view of trees only. If mobility is an issue, there could be some problems because the steps up and down were rather steep. The bad: The shower in the master bath was not connected. It literally hung from the side of the tub. There were vertical blinds for the deck, several had broken off and laying behind the couch. The Keurig machine was not working although there was a regular coffee pot. There is no communication on site-we had no idea where other amenities on property were and there was seemingly no way to find out. The building has settled quite a bit and shows signs of cracks and such. Notable: The was a huge storm our first night there, lots of wind damage-Golf course was unplayable, cafe closed but was restored within 2 days, truly a great job.

The location is perfect! Just a couple miles from the landing. It was quiet and peaceful and still so close to everything you need. If you don’t want to leave, there is plenty of entertainment within the gates. We will definitely be staying here again!

A comfortable home away from home - excellent

This was a two bedroom, two bath apartment. Excellent kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and your very own laundry! Very comfortable beds. Nice area next to a beautiful golf club. The hotels.com description showed this property as in Branson just west of the river and a short walk to Branson Landing, but this was not the case. The information sent to me from the property management people was correct and very informative. The resort is 3 or 4 miles east of the river. Since most anything you do in Branson is a short car ride anyway, the location was not an issue. I would gladly stay here again.

I believe they might go with a map lay out of where pools and game room is from each building. What we thought was the game room was the grille and golf store. Overall was great. Steve did reach out and responded quickly. We all were VERY pleased with everything.
