I was kind of dissappointed with our room 744B. Immediately upon entering, I saw 4 large dark stains on the carpet. The sofa was shabby & a dirty orange color. The kitchen area & bedroom were clean & as expected. My husband washed his hands in the bathroom sink. The sink did not drain. It was 6pm. The standing water was still there when we woke up at 7am. I texted the office about the problem. Staff immediately responded with a request for a picture of the plugged sink. I sent that & was told that maintenance would be notified and that I would be updated. Then a staff knocked on our door at 930. We were forced to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink & my husband shaved in the kitchen (without a mirror). The toilet would only flush if the handle was held down until the flush was completed. Checkin staff & maintenance were pleasant & the sink plug was fixed. However the plumbing was problematic & the carpet & sofa was stained & tired. I expected a nicer experience. I guess I just expected a better room.
