We had studio. Not well equipped. Only two forks, scratched nonstick pan, one bowl, no scissors or hairdryer, no salt/pepper packets...clean inside. Pool broken in kid's area. Spa down too. Wyndham spoiled us so this was a huge letdown. That said, we adjusted and it was okay.

The overall stay was comfortable and extremely safe. Check-in was a breeze, and the gal who checked us in was super helpful. That said, the property needs some external maintenance. A property owner pointed out of some of damage to the exterior of the building we were in that he was disappointed had been let go, or I likely would not have noticed it. Some interior features we had a bit of trouble with were the dryer needing to be ran 2-3 times to dry a load of clothes/towels and the lack of water pressure in the master shower. Otherwise, everything suited our needs just fine. The property is in a good location. We didn't have a long drive to get anywhere. Pools were nice but the water was surprisingly chilly for early August, and the splash pad was not operational when we were there.

Loved staying in this gated condo resort. We grabbed groceries at a nearby Walmart and had all we needed there as well as a beautiful location to relax in. It was a great place to have our family meals once a day with or other family that came to the area. Could not have found a nice location with great staff.

This is a very nice place to stay. The cottage was comfortable , All supplies for laundry and dishes, bath and shower provided. Two things i was unhappy with... the garbage disposable did not work and the freezer was frozen shut and we could not use it, ended up losing $35.00 in frozen groceries. Pool was wonderfull. Not far at all from Branson. All in all the place is 5 star but our cottage only gets a 4.8 due to the 2 inconveniences stated above.

Everything was great, except that the kiddy pool did not work or the outside hot tub area. Other than that everything was great!!! Honestly the kiddy pool was not that big of a deal really. It still had water where he could splash around.

We enjoyed the breakfast at the pavilion, and the staff were courteous and pleasant. I loved the scenic view as well as my guest, and the room was outstanding, very ritzy. Branson had so much to offer, like Silver Dollar City, which brought us there. The only disappointment for my granddaughter was not being able to use the pool on the property. This property share is second to Westgate.
