Shady Acres is a quaint little motel. You can tell that the owners and staff really care about the motel and their guests. We plan on staying here again on our next visit to Silver Dollar City.

Kinda regular. Old property and layout, but we'll taken care of. A bit of a musty odor in the room, but it is off season and during the pandemic.
Even though it was an older property, it was clean and well taken care of. Our first impression wasn't real favorable as we had to walk through the cigarette smoke of two gentlemen sitting on the porch to get to our room. Once inside, the room initially had a slight musty smell, but once we got acclimated, we didn't notice it.
Clean and well kept, went before Silver Dollar City opened, so traffic wasn't bad at all.
This motel is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and attentive to guests. Would stay again if we’re in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a short vacation and it was a very pleasant experience. The whole area is clean, safe, and has nice landscaping. Would have liked to been able to swim as it was hot and in the 90's temperature wise, but the pool had been closed for the season already. We would recommend others, families, singles, couples to stay here.
We had a wonderful time here. Kitchen in the units are fully stocked.
