Bathrooms: 3 modern bathrooms, stocked with all necessary linens and towels.

An open floor plan featuring a large living room and dining area perfect for group gatherings.

Kitchen:
All the essentials for making meals or entertaining guests. Fully equipped kitchen with kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, French press, and complimentary coffee.

Outdoor: A 40-foot covered deck opens up to the sparkling pool, surrounded by lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying Florida's beautiful weather. The private heated pool and hot tub offer a luxurious outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

Situated just off Palma Sola Blvd in the premier West Bradenton area, this home is a short drive to the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach—only 5 miles away! The property is also close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions like the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, the De Soto National Memorial, and Paradise Boat Tours.

Additional Details:

Pool Heating: Available for $25/day (set to 85°F, but temperature may vary with the weather).
No Party Policy: Perfect for those looking to relax, not for rowdy gatherings. Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, but cats are not permitted.
Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-ins are available for a fee of $50/hour if the home is ready.
No Check-ins or Check-outs on Holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day.
Lawn Care: Weekly lawn care is provided to ensure the property always looks its best.
Pool Care: The pool is serviced twice a week to maintain its sparkling cleanliness. Please note, natural elements like pollen or debris can occasionally affect the pool. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately for a prompt resolution.
-BUGS: Bugs are native to the heat and humidity. We do our best to keep them away with monthly pest control. Please keep doors and windows closed. We do not refund for bugs that may come into the home.

Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
