3 THINGS TO NOTE

1. A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival. You must provide a legal valid ID and a verification selfie.

2. For amenity access, a $642 fee is required if you want access. This includes all amenities including the golf course. If your stay is 4 months or longer, the fee is 300 dollars.

3. Dining and Tiki Bar. If you dine or drink at the on site restaurants or Tiki Bar, provide Member ID 4267A01 when paying.
• You pay for your own food and drinks.
• The Member ID ensures your spending is credited to the account.
• There is a $50 minimum food spend for every month of stay. If you are unable to spend $50 at the end of your stay, we will have to collect the fee and include it to the balance.
- It doesn't cost you extra to spend this, we just have a minimum spend as a member of the HOA and it helps us meet the requirement.
- The food options are excellent, enjoy the Tiki bar and sit-down restaurant. It's the only place onsite that we can go eat. Whenever you purchase, kindly also please use this Member ID 4267A01.

Other Things to Note:
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
