This family and pet-friendly property offers tons of room for relaxation both inside and out. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it's the perfect getaway to enjoy everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer -- from soft sand beaches to golf, fishing, boating (bring your boat - it's only 5 mins to the Gulf!), tennis, pickleball, IMG Academy, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a tropical beach vacation.

About the property:
Relax in the bright and colorful living room or kick back in the family room with a bowl of popcorn and watch your favorite movie, play games or just hang out. Enjoy the Florida sunshine by your private swimming pool or lounge in the screened-in patio overlooking the pool. It's a great place to enjoy a beverage or curl up with a book. And if you like your pool temperature warm, just let us know. Pool heating is available (additional charge applies.)

The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook could want including quality pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, plenty of serving dishes, and cooking basics like olive oil and spices. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a gas BBQ for grilling just outside. If you want someone else to do the cooking, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby and we provide you with a list of our favorites in Brandenton, Anna Maria and Sarasota.

There are three spacious bedrooms in the house - one with a king bed and attached bathroom; one with a queen bed; and one with a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms come with luxury mattresses, quality cotton linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile that looks brand new. The primary bathroom has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Working remotely? No problem. The property has high speed Wifi, desk and office chair.

Around the pool you'll find chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. We also provide pool floats and beach towels. Spend the day laying out in the sun and when it gets hot, cool off by jumping in your private pool!
*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing in the pool after 11 pm*

The back yard is the perfect spot to toss a ball or play games like corn hole or frisbee. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the back yard is completely fenced in.

There is also a washer and dryer available for guests' use.

For boating, you can rent one locally or bring your own. There's boat access to the Gulf of Mexico only five minutes away and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer, or RV.

We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.

We've tried to think of everything to make this the ideal spot for a laid-back beach vacation. If there's anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, just ask!
