The location is perfect and we loved having a private area in the back to sit and lounge or eat by the river. The beach is right across the street. The unit has 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms are spacious and one of the bedrooms was roomy and the other a little squishy but we were fine with it. The living room is small, but adequate and the only seating inside for meals is barstools at counter. The kitchen had the basics to cook a meal with. We only stayed one night, for a longer stay definitely would be tight for more than 4 people. The unit was very clean, well kept, communication and ease of check in and out was great! The owner was very accommodating to our needs.

This is our fourth year renting from Will. This year we rented the two bedroom, but we have rented the one bedroom the prior years. Always clean. Always an easy process.Location is fantastic!!! Parking available. I like this condo because you can see the sunrise, lots of wildlife, and then walk across the street for the sunset. Pool is always great and ease of going to beach is wonderful. Great area to park in.

Beautiful! So clean and the carport, semi- private hot tub, and HUGE shower were just above expectations! The host responds very quickly and is super helpful. Will definitely stay again! Wish we’d stayed here for our whole trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to the beach and also have the bay in your back yard. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Make sure you bring an umbrella or rent one at the beach for 45 per day. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and a great condo. The 2 primary suites are great for couples. Loved the bay right out back from the patio. Walkable to restaurants and the island shuttle stops out front. Condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy the gulf.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The poace has nice bathroom abd kitchen upgrades. We loved siting by the bay while everyone else got ready. Easy walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. Dedicated covered parking. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, extra blankets and towels. Would stay here again.

Great location for walking to restaurants, shopping as well as the free bus and beach. Not a lot of extras like soap, lotion, toiletries, etc. like other places I’ve stayed. Might be a tad overpriced but nice. Bed comfortable, couch cushions tend to slide a lot but wasn’t inside much so not that bothersome.

I base my stays on previous reviews, and this place didn’t disappoint. It was nicely renovated, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will was great in communications. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and the convenience to the beach across the beach. It was also nice to have access to free beach chairs. I highly recommend booking here.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was unaccessable during our stay. We did enjoy some time by the pool although it was a little unclear if that was part of our stay so we had to resort to pictures to be sure we were at the right spot. The condo was completely remodeled and beautifully done. The location is absolutely stunning, sunrise in the morning and sunset just across the street. The beach is close, the pools are very nice and there is a trolley stop right out front. Definitely recommend!

We love the location of this condo so much. We woke up with the sunrise from the master bedroom and enjoyed the Cortez beach just 3 minute walk away. We were also allowed to fish at the dock. We found many big clams in the mud as well. My kids already started talking about coming back!
