Breathtaking view!

We absolutely loved staying at Bayblue. Very nice property that is very well decorated and spacious. Beds were very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Magnificent

We rented this home for two weeks with a large family group. Plenty of room and all the amenities you’d need! The proximity to the beach dock stores and shops was perfect! Highly recommend and would stay again for sure!

Endless bay views

Fantastic views from the decks of The Skyway Bridge , Palma Solo Bay, birds and fishing boats! We enjoyed access to the dock and the easy walk to the beach.

Peaceful stay

We really enjoyed ourselves. The pictures are not deceiving. The house was beautiful and clean with easy access to beach, shops and the bay. We will be staying again.

Perfect!

Perfect location with the bay in the back and the ocean in the front. The revamp of the house was in splendid taste. The newly renovated kitchens lightened up the open area and all the new furniture is stylish and comfy. The new flooring and bathrooms are beautiful as well. The new bunk beds were oversized and accommodating for the younger folks. All the newness gave the house a "beach vibe" and our entire group really enjoyed our stay. I feel like we had more seating out on the porches as well which enabled us to enjoy our sunrises each day!!

Fathers funeral

The stay was very nice, a few things that are needed would be more pots and pans since you have 18 people the pans don’t fit well when cooking a lot. Otherwise we really injoyed the view and house.

Bay Blue Bliss

This was our first time traveling with our daughters and their families. By the way, our daughters' names are Anna and Maria so clearly staying on Anna Maria Island was appropriate! Everything turned out to be as advertised. The home was lovely and well located. The connection with Anna Maria Vacations company was more than excellent and even the most minor or glitches, of which there were few, were addressed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Weekend Getaway

The rental is accessible to the beach. Making the location perfect! Close to shops and restaurants. Pool is clean. Our issues are as follows: 1. Early check-in was not granted. Although, the house was available. At check in, one of my friends, has to call the office so they can get the code. I did not not get a text message. Looks like, someone forgot about us. 2. House was not clean enough. They could have done better. An update would be nice 3. No condiments in the kitchen. Not even a salt or pepper. We are not sure if this is a new thing. We have been renting thru the other party as well and all of the rentals have them. 4. One of the bathroom's lock on the 2nd floor is broken. It locks but you can open it from the outside. We did not call maintenance again because someone already came to fix the bathroom lock on 3rd floor & the elevator. We do not want to deal with maintenance while on a vacation. 5. Wifi signal is poor. It keeps on losing connection. Are we going to stay again at this place? Probably not anymore!

Golden Birthday Celebration

Beautiful property just steps from amazing beach’s loaded with shells. Morning walks on the white sands were breathtaking. Home had plenty of room for the 14 of us. My 84 year old mother made good use of the elevator as steps are hard for her to maneuver. The pool was perfect and the neighborhood was very inviting! Great place to celebrate. We are already planning our next visit!

Family reunion

We had 2 families of 5 gathering. The arrangement of 2 separate living areas worked perfectly. We were able to visit together but also have separate space. Perfect! We all loved the location, such an easy walk to the beach, but also beautiful view of the bay.

Excellent stay

We met family from across the country so three generations could stay together - grandparents , parents, teenagers and 1 year old. First floor is the garage for two units. Two elevator shafts. Each elevator only went to one unit. The only way yo get to one unit from the other was the outside staircase. No big deal for our family at all. Space was large and clean. Outdoor balcony was large and faced bay. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes for all of us - highly recommend. Easy to bike around and go to Cute downtown on bridge street. The beach was literally a three minute walk down the street. We had never been to AMI before and after exploring more of the island I am convinced we picked the perfect location. The kids loved the private pool at the condo too. I would definitely stay again. Only complaint- the beds seemed old and not very comfortable, they sagged in the middle. Once beds are upgraded it will be perfect. Checking was a little tricky but management was quick to help.

We didn’t know the 2 levels were not internally connected. The outside back stairs were exposed to the rain the elevators were in opposite garages.

This is a great location for family with a broad range of ages. Lots of space to spread out.

Great. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook in, close to multiple restaurants to eat out. The pool was a good addition, it was shaded in the afternoon for the rest of the day negating the need for sunscreen. The beach access is 3 blocks away, very handy for beach time. Suggest renting a gulf cart for your stay as it was handy for trips to the grocery and souvenir shopping.

Labor Day Weekend

This was a great setup for our large family, the teenagers and their parents could be in one space while the younger children and their parents, could have quiet on the other floor for their sleep time. Each space was large enough to accommodate all of us for meals together.Loved having the pool with partial shade. A storm came through and the wind blew the flag off of the house, and affected the air conditioner. We called for service and the ac was able to be fixed immediately.Need more large bowls, pyrex casserole dishes, and large pots for cooking.Tiny ants were found especially in the lower floor unit, a few near the stove on third floor. Overall a great place for a large family gathering. Especially convenient to have beach toys and towels provided.

Perfect for a large group, esp enjoyed the porches and the pool. Appreciated the wagons to load beach paraphenalia in, made it an easy trip.
