I have stayed at this hotel probably 6+ times over last 5 years. Its always clean and comfortable, but its starting to show some wear and tear. Nothing major, but noticed a rip in the hallway carpet, and quite a few wrinkes in carpeted common areas. Attached bar and restaurant are pretty good. Still recommend, just needs a little maintenance.

More convenient, less hectic than hotels on North 19th but still super close to anything/everything. Parking free, as opposed to some stays downtown. Staff is always great, dining and bar on site. We love to stay here.
