In this unit you will have access to huge outdoor heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, covered patio with kitchen, dining table and high end TV. Also, in this unit one of the master bedrooms are made like a spa bedroom with your own high end spa (Bain Ultra) for 2 person.

UNIT A

This property has the best value in Boynton Beach. This is a truly luxury home! This is not a regular vacation rental. The location is best in Boynton Beach, only 1 mile from Two Georges & Banana Boat (The best restaurants in Boynton Beach) and 1,5 mile from the nearest beach, you can actually walk or bike to the beach!

The house is very spacious, approx 2000 sqf plus huge 550 sqf covered and screened inn patio. There is a solid wood patio furniture, TV with cable (Xfinity), full kitchen with a high end grill, sink, fridge and stainless steel hood! Brand new travertine pavers around the pool and in the patio. One of the best things that is installed in the patio is american made mist fans so you can use patio year around and not only in winter time. This is a professional high end system that wont get you wet and it cools patio in record time.

There is a high end kitchen & luxury appliances ( Viking and Fisher & Paykel), real wood burning fireplace, crema marble floor throughout the whole house, solid doors, real paintings, luxury furniture and a huge heated saltwater pool. The pool has a chiller as well, great thing to have during hot florida summers, so you can actually not only heat the pool but also cool the water.

There is a 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, one of the masters has a luxury spa. The property has been completely renovated with the best materials, labour and furnished with high end furniture you can find. Bathrooms are completely redone with different kind of luxury marble tile, new vanities, German & Italian made faucets, Toto toilets & washlets (bidet with heated seats in both master bedrooms), bluetooth speaker & fan, golden mirrors. 1. The main master bedroom is an open space spa room with a Bain Ultra Inua tub with all the upgrades, (it is considered the best spa tub in the world) and are made for 2 persons. Just google the name. There is also Bose sound system in the ceiling, separate shower & restroom with double sink.

2. Golden Schonbek sarella chandelier, Italian made constantini pietro chairs & high end dinig table, black walnut shelves & cart.

UNIT B

Welcome to Balinese outdoor experience, tranquility & spa... This is another project designed by myself where I wanted to emphasize the importance of using natural high quality materials such as different types of solid wood, stone etc together with high quality labor & artisan made huts and items. The idea behind it was to bring the guest as close as possible to the beautiful tropical nature and what it has to offer, but at the same time do not deprive a person the comfort of the modern world. I decided not to have only one style trough-out the property but rather a light mix of different styles so the guest would feel more comfortable and not be bored. This, together with brand new, high end appliances and other necessities of the modern world will make a great fusion and unforgettable vacation...

Property is located in Boynton Beach, only 1.5 mile from the beach and great waterfront restaurants, also its conveniently located to Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach (only 10 min drive), Boca Raton & West Palm Beach (15-20 min drive).

The property is a smaller part of a duplex, but there is a concrete wall with different types of insulation between the units, so you won't be able to hear other guests. Also there is a 7-8 feet concrete wall in the backyard between the units, making the separation between the units better than regular single family homes that usually have a 6 feet PVC or wooden fence.

Inside in the unit everything has been renovated from scratch, including insulation in the ceiling, the walls and even between the rooms. There is a big living room with brand new kitchen, Bosch high end appliances, LED TV & Fireplace. Another LED TV located in the master bedroom, there is a solid bamboo floor in the bedrooms and beautiful marble floor in living room and both bathrooms. Both bathrooms are very high end, with smart antifog mirrors, in master bathroom there is also washer/dryer combo, double sink and Toto toilet bidet. All rooms have a ceiling fans.

Outdoor area has probably the best features: The focal point is of course the best outdoor hot tub you can buy - Manhattan model with platinum package made by ThermoSpas. This is not your regular hot tub where you just get warm, I bought this spa so my guests would not only have a place to sleep but a place where they could have a total relaxation for their mind and their body. There is a total of 200+ nozzles, run by 3 independent motors. After you used this spa you could fill the vintage outdoor cast iron tub with cold water & ice (if your health condition allows it), and have a cold plunge or just soak in the tub outdoor while listening to birds. When you done you can just lay on a full size swing bed just to relax and enjoy the view.

There is 2 Bali style tiki huts and pergola made of solid eucalyptus by local artisans, so there is a real tropical feel. The outdoor bar is made from old boats in Bali (Indonesia) as well as a seating set (solid teak). Also there is an outdoor kitchen with high end grill, sink, fridge, and a huge ice maker. Also nice little yard with tropical flowers & palms where you can meditate in the morning.
